Product display
Sorting Process: Each sheet is hand-sorted by grade (A/B), with strict removal of unsellable items like heavy stains, tears, or broken hems.
Defect Inspection: Trained inspectors check every piece under bright light for pilling, fading, thinning fabric, loose threads, and seam separation, rejecting any item below Grade A standard.
Compression Baling: To minimize freight costs and maximize container capacity, we use hydraulic presses to compress sheets into compact, stackable bales with moisture-proof wrapping for ocean transit.
Stock Rotation: Our warehouse follows FIFO (first-in-first-out) inventory management, ensuring that every bale contains freshly sourced and recently sorted stock, never old or over-stored goods.
